Dragon Ball 10 Youngest Characters in the Anime
Dragon Ball has a massive cast, with some characters that are younger than others. These are the series' youngest characters.

In Dragon Ball, age is no indication as to how powerful a character is, or even what they'll look like on the outside. A warrior like Master Roshi, who's lived for centuries with an able body, for example, was surpassed by younger fighters like Krillin, Tien, and Yamcha, all fellow Earthlings that hadn't lived nearly as long as him.
While many Z-Fighters are currently in their 40s, and other characters like Buu and Beerus have been alive for millennia even, there are a handful of characters in the series who are still budding with youth, and yet despite being so young, they've all shown promise for the future and even managed to snag a few accomplishments under their belt. Of course, the ages of these characters will be taken from Age 780, which is the year the Tournament of Power took place and the anime concluded on.
10 Piccolo (27)

Compared to some of the other Z-Fighters, Piccolo hasn't been around that long. Back in Dragon Ball Z when he trained a young Gohan, he'd only been 4 years older than him at the time, but still managed to resemble a fully-matured Earthling man. This is because Namekians mature faster than other races, so Piccolo was essentially fully grown by the time he was 3 (when he faced Goku in the World Martial Arts Tournament).
His age in no way denotes his experience, wisdom, dependability, and strength, since Piccolo's definitely spent all 27 of his years training just as hard as other Z-Fighters who've lived twice as long.
9 Gohan (23)

Gohan was always one of the youngest Z-Fighters, and despite allowing his training to decline in recent years, he's stronger than any of the other Z-Fighters were (even Goku and Vegeta) when they were 23 themselves. At the age of 11, Gohan became the strongest Z-Fighter for a time when he transformed into a Super Saiyan 2, with almost every other fight he'd been in leading up to his explosive show of force.
Despite being one of the strongest warriors on Earth, his Saiyan pride and youthful naivety are often what causes him to let his guard down and tip the scales in his enemy's favor, such as when he refused to take Cell out right away. But with his own family to protect now, he'll be left with no choice but to grow up just a bit faster and put his childish ways behind him.
8 Dende (23)

Surprisingly, Dende is the same age as Gohan, which is one reason why the two instantly became such good friends when they met on Namek. Unlike the previous Guardian of Earth, Kami, who'd been alive for over 300 years, Dende is still fitting into a job that honestly isn't too hard, since Goku and the others defend the Earth from any evils that might threaten it.
Many fans have been quick to point out that Dende doesn't look as mature as someone like Piccolo, but this has to do with the fact that Piccolo is descended from the Namekian Warrior Clan, while Dende comes from the Dragon Clan, who are able to perform more miraculous feats like creating Dragon Balls or drawing out one's untapped potential. Since the Dragon Clan aren't needed for combat, it's likely that they mature much slower than the Warrior Clan, and since a climate change was enough to wipe out many Dragon Clan Namekians long ago, it's plausible that the two different types of Namekians operate off different internal chemistries.
7 Trunks (14)

Born just before the Androids made their debut, Trunks has been alive for nearly all of the Z-Fighters' major moments, though he's barely played much of a role in them aside from the Buu Saga. With a father as proud as Vegeta and a mother as intelligent as Bulma, Trunks combines the best qualities of the two, retaining his childlike innocence while also remaining sure of himself and having the wits to back it up. This was what enabled him to outsmart Goten during their match at the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament.
Unfortunately, he's taken a bit of a backseat to Future Trunks, but since the two are the same person, fans are excited to see just what this Trunks will grow up to accomplish as he learns to fight on his own.
6 Pilaf Gang (~13)

Pilaf, Shu, and Mai, otherwise known as the "Pilaf Gang", should all very well be in their 50s (or even 60s) by now, given that they were all adults back when Goku was just a little kid, but after summoning Shenron in Age 767, the year the Cell Games took place, Pilaf asked the dragon to make them younger. Since he didn't specify the age, Shenron reverted them all back to infancy, forcing them to grow up a second time.
Though this means they'll all be around longer, it's also the reason why Mai is able to have a socially acceptable relationship with Trunks. Hopefully, the Pilaf Gang take this chance to do things over and play on the side of good a bit more from here on out.
5 Goten (13)

At the young age of 7, Goten officially became the youngest Super Saiyan to have ever existed when he debuted his transformation just before the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament. Not only did he inherit his father's looks, but apparently, his father's talent and propensity for mimicry. To be so young, him and Trunks were forced to become Earth's protectors against Majin Buu after Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan all failed to get the job done.
Dragon Ball GT, and even the end of Dragon Ball Z, showed a version of Goten that no longer enjoyed martial arts. But if Goten took training just as serious as his father, he has all the potential to surpass every other Saiyan in his universe.
4 Uub (10)

Uub hasn't made an appearance in Dragon Ball Super yet, since he's only 6 in Age 780, and is probably just becoming aware of his powers. The final episode of Dragon Ball Z took fans to Age 784, and although this part of the story may not be canon (depending on how Dragon Ball Super concludes) this means that he was only 10 when he and Goku first met in the ring.
Despite being a regular Earthling, he possesses an insane amount of potential due to once being Kid Buu, and as Dragon Ball GT showed, he has many more years to go until he taps completely into it.
3 Marron (9)

Marron is the daughter of Krillin and Android 18 that many fans questioned was even biologically possible since many believed Android 18 to be completely mechanical.
While Marron isn't a fighter (just yet), she's a huge source of motivation to both of her parents, especially Krillin, since she was able to force him out of retirement after he realized that she presumed him to be weak.
2 Pan (1)

After seeing Gohan, Goten, and Trunks grow up to be less concerned with martial arts, it was refreshing to see Pan in Dragon Ball GT, the only hybrid Saiyan left that still strived to become stronger through battling tough opponents. Even at the tender age of 1 in Dragon Ball Super, she's shown great promise, able to fly into space despite her lack of formal instruction.
She was strong enough to give even Future Trunks a bit of trouble when he was left alone with her for a few minutes, akin to how much trouble infant Goku gave Grandpa Gohan before his Saiyan programming was erased.
1 Bulla (Newborn)

Bulla would've been born in Age 780 regardless, but she was given a headstart after Whis warped her out of Bulma, sparing them the hours in labor that Bulma would've had to endure otherwise. She's a bit more fortunate than her old brother, since both Vegeta and Bulma will be fully present in her life, unlike Trunks, who hadn't experienced his father's softer side until much later in his adolescence.
Given the fact that she's Vegeta's daughter, she's destined for greatness, and although she was deprived of the Saiyan name that Vegeta wanted to give her, hopefully she lives up to her royal Saiyan heritage.
