Dragon Ball 10 Things Characters From Other Anime Would Wish For If They Had The Dragon Balls
From Kill la Kill to Naruto, here are 10 characters from other anime and what they would wish for if they could use the Dragon Balls.

The characters in Dragon Ball are constantly looking for the Dragon Balls. This is because, if they are all united, they summon a magical dragon who has the ability to grant one wish. Normally, this wish is used to bring a dead loved one back to life, but sometimes, it’s used for other purposes (in the silliest case, to get someone a pair of panties).
This begs the question: if someone from another anime were able to get their hands on the Dragon Balls, what would they wish for? Which of their goals would be most easily reached if they had the ability to wish it into existence? Here are 10 characters from other anime and what they would wish for if they could use the Dragon Balls.
10 Ryuko (Kill La Kill)

When viewers meet Ryuko in Kill La Kill, she’s chasing down a lead about what happened to her father and who’s responsible for his death. She slowly uncovers a giant conspiracy that’s way bigger than her and requires her to put together a lot of allies to fight against a big corporation.
But if she had the Dragon Balls, she would be able to just wish for vengeance against her dad’s killer, which would in turn bring down the entire organization without a war.
9 Amuro (Mobile Suit Gundam)

All of the people on White Base in Mobile Suit Gundam are actual children; no one is older than 19, and Amuro is only 15 when he first gets into the Gundam and becomes its pilot.
War takes a toll on adults, so it can only cause real harm to these actual children who have gotten roped into it. Amuro would certainly wish for the end of the war so that he and his friends didn’t have to fight and kill and die in it anymore.
8 Usagi (Sailor Moon)

Usagi Tsukino is just a normal middle school student until she finds out that she’s Sailor Moon. Most teenage girls would probably be pretty stoked to find out they have magical powers, but Usagi isn’t interested in them.
She just wants to have a normal childhood and have a good time growing up and being with her friends. Usagi would wish for a normal life for herself and her friends, where they didn’t have to worry about the dangers of the Moon Kingdom’s enemies.
7 Saitama (One Punch Man)

Saitama is definitely the most powerful character in One Punch Man, even if no one recognizes that. He’s also not that interested in people acknowledging his power; he just wants to find opponents worth fighting because he became a hero for fun and now he’s too powerful and kind of bored.
Saitama would definitely wish for an opponent that he couldn’t beat in one punch, someone he would have a really good time fighting.
6 Deku (My Hero Academia)

Deku’s dream of becoming a hero already comes true without a wish in My Hero Academia, because All Might uses his One for All Quirk to give him power enough to be able to fight. So Deku probably wouldn’t use the Dragon Balls for that.
However, All Might giving him One for All means that eventually All Might is going to run out of the Quirk himself and will soon not be able to be a hero anymore. Deku would definitely use the Dragon Balls to let All Might keep his power while also letting Deku share it.
5 Luffy (One Piece)

Monkey D. Luffy has one big goal in One Piece, and that’s to become King of the Pirates by finding One Piece and defeating all the other pirate crews in the process.
Pirates aren’t exactly known for working fairly or earning things in an honest way. Luffy would certainly use Dragon Balls to reach his goal of finding One Piece first and becoming King of the Pirates.
4 Mob (Mob Psycho 100)

Mob is just about the most powerful esper in the world. He has literally not met a single enemy that he hasn’t been able to defeat when he’s at full power. But he’s not actually interested in being powerful.
In fact, his whole philosophy is that he should be able to create relationships and succeed at things without that power. The only times he really uses it are when his friends are in danger. So he would certainly use the Dragon Balls to keep his friends safe.
3 Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist)

Edward and Alphonse Elric make a huge mistake as kids in Fullmetal Alchemist when they try to bring their dead mother back to life using human transmutation. Not only does it not work, but Edward loses an arm and a leg in the process as payment for the failed transmutation, and Al almost loses his life, though Edward is able to bind his soul to a suit of armor in order to keep him alive.
The entire series follows the two as they look for the alchemical solution to their problem. Edward would likely use the Dragon Balls to wish to restore their bodies so they could go back to living normal lives.
2 Naruto (Naruto)

Naruto Uzumaki’s biggest goal is to become Hokage in order to show the entire village of Konoha that he is a strong and valuable ninja and to force them to acknowledge him, when they otherwise haven’t his whole life.
But despite this, this doesn’t seem like the wish he would make. He forms a bond with Sasuke that isn’t like any of the other bonds that he has, not even with his other teammates. So Naruto would likely use the Dragon Balls to wish Sasuke back to Konoha after he runs away since he otherwise doesn’t have the power to bring him back on his own.
1 Sasuke (Naruto)

Sasuke, on the other hand, runs away from Konoha because he has a mission: to kill his brother Itachi, who murdered his entire clan. Sasuke runs away because he feels like he needs to find ways to become more powerful if he hopes to beat him.
Since it’s clear he’s not above shortcuts to get that power, as he uses a cursed seal for the purpose, he would probably use the Dragon Balls to get him to the power levels he needs.
