Dragon Ball 10 Weakest Characters Who Arent Human Ranked
The Dragon Ball franchise is full of incredibly powerful fighters like Goku & Vegeta who end up making these 10 other characters look super weak.

It's easy to say that the only characters who matter in Dragon Ball are the Saiyans, or even more accurately the aliens. From the start of the Saiyan Saga, humans have been left behind further and further.
But being completely fair, it's not just the humans who have become irrelevant in terms of fighting. Dragon Ball only has room for so many characters to fit in at or even near the top, and everyone else will either be forgotten altogether or expressly told they aren't relevant in the storyline. Even though some characters might not intend on becoming impressive fighters, fans would likely prefer the series to take those characters more seriously.
10 Goten Still Needs More Training

During the Buu Saga, Goten was trained by his mom Chi-Chi and his brother Gohan. But since then, both of his former trainers have moved on. Chi-Chi is more focused on dealing with the house, and Gohan is raising a child and being a husband. With that in mind, the young boy is easily one of the weakest Saiyans, who likely hasn’t progressed his training much at all. Though he’s probably more powerful than he was during the Buu Saga, he’s not strong enough to be involved in Super much at all.
9 Trunks Spends More Time Having Fun Than Fighting

Trunks was actually being trained by Vegeta for quite some time during the Buu Saga, but after Goku came back to life, this went out the window. Trunks quite possibly spends more time going on actual amusement park trips and trips to the mall than he does actually training with his dad these days. His dad spends much of his time training with Whis, which means Trunks gets to goof off all day. There’s no way he’s advanced much beyond what he was during the Junior Martial Arts Tournament.
8 Supreme Kai Was Terrified During The Buu Saga

The Supreme Kai is pretty strong as fighters go, but he’s not in the same league as the heavy hitter Z Fighters. The character made his appearance during the Buu Saga and though Piccolo was humbled just to be in front of him, the reality is that it was more out of respect for his role than anything else.
During the Buu Saga, he was literally terrified of everything. He was afraid of Dabura, who was just around Perfect Cell’s level, something Goku and the others passed years ago. His entire plan was to hope they were enough to fight Buu working together, and he was shocked that Goku and Vegeta were so powerful.
7 Jaco Rarely Helps Out In Battles

It’s not clear how powerful Jaco actually is. They don’t go into detail on his strength, though that it’s made clear time and again that Goku and the others outrank him by a ton. He never helps out in battles aside from moments where it could be comical or necessary to use his own weapons and abilities to keep people from fighting. It’s likely that he’s stronger than someone like King Kai, but it’s not likely he’s strong enough to compete with Android 18 during the Cell Saga, as an example.
6 King Kai Focuses More On Wisdom Than Strength

King Kai’s strength is more about wisdom than anything else. People act shocked around him because he’s a deity, but there’s nothing particularly powerful about him. If people remember, at one point, King Kai actually explains that he’s not nearly as strong as the Saiyans. At best he might be capable of beating Nappa, but he’s not in the same league as Vegeta was when he landed on Earth. King Kai hasn’t gotten stronger since then, so other than the Kaio-Ken and Spirit Bomb, he’s not an impressive fighter at all.
5 Shenron Can Grant Wishes But Isn't The One Doing The Fighting

Seeing the dragon capable of granting wishes on this list can feel out of place. But it’s explained multiple times throughout the course of the series that Shenron isn’t physically strong. He’s explained he can’t do anything outside the power of the person who made him, which means he can’t actually do anything stronger than whoever is Kami. He’s been destroyed by King Piccolo, and when Krillin asked if Shenron could send the Saiyans away, he pointed out that it wasn’t something he was strong enough to do.
4 Dende Specializes In Healing Rather Than Fighting

Dende took on the role of Guardian of the Earth not long after Kami and Piccolo fused. He’s done an amazing job, even giving the Dragon Balls a boost in power and allowing anyone who uses them to get more than a single wish. However, ultimately Dende isn’t a fighter like that. The character specializes in healing more than battle, and wouldn’t do well if he had to fight even someone on the level of Nappa, let alone the threats that exist these days.
3 Oolong Can Intimidate People With His Transformations But Doesn't Have The Strength To Back It Up

Oolong never learned how to fight, which was his entire gimmick. He was a character who intimidated people with his transformations. When he first appears, his whole thing is pretending to be a monster that terrifies people into giving him what he wants.
Though this works, the moment Goku challenges him, it’s pretty much over with. And an even bigger problem in Oolong’s case is that he’s a coward, meaning he won't even bother taking a fight that he might actually have a chance at winning.
2 Puar Can Shapeshift But Is By No Means A Fighter

Puar was Yamcha’s loyal companion. Puar has the incredible ability to shapeshift but, like Oolong, doesn’t really put it to use outside of Dragon Ball. She can transform into anything, though many of her early shapeshifts weren’t exact. Having said that, Puar is absolutely not a fighter, and she needs Yamcha to protect her if things get dangerous, which means she’s really not the best to count on in a fight situation.
1 Monaka Was Supposed To Be Stronger Than Goku & Vegeta But Actually Wasn't

Monaka joined the series during the Universe 6 and Universe 7 tournament arc. The character was supposed to be more powerful than Goku or Vegeta, but in reality, he couldn’t fight. He existed to motivate Goku to fight hard, which was weird because Goku already had a goal of defeating Beerus. In any case, he wasn’t even considered worthy of fighting the lower-level enemies on Universe 6’s side and wasn’t asked to fight during the Tournament of Power, as even people like Krillin and Master Roshi were considered to be better options.
