Dragon Ball 10 Times Bulma Should Have Given Up On Vegeta
Vegeta and Bulma are one of the most well-known couples in Dragon Ball, but that doesn't mean there weren't a few times she should've left him.

Vegeta and Bulma's relationship has weathered the test of time, but more importantly, it has weathered his attitude. Vegeta may be a fan-favorite character from the Dragon Ball franchise, but his attitude is far from admirable. In fact, Vegeta's attitude is without a doubt his greatest weakness. The Saiyan Prince's explosive temper has caused him to lose a number of his most important battles.
His temper has also tested his relationship with Bulma on many different occasions. In truth, Bulma could find someone better than him. Despite Vegeta and Bulma being one of the most well-known couples in the series, that doesn't mean there weren't a few times she should've left him.
10 After Vegeta Helped Cell Evolve

Before the tragedy that was the Cell Games even occurred, Vegeta helped Cell evolve into Perfect Cell. To face a more powerful foe and overcome Kakorat, Vegeta betrayed his friends and family and put the entire Earth at risk of being destroyed by Cell.
If Gohan hadn't beefed up with Goku in the hyperbolic time chamber, Vegeta would have been made an accomplice in Earth's destruction.
9 When Yamcha Reincarnated

Before Vegeta stole Bulma's heart, Yamcha and Bulma had a happy and accomplished relationship. Of course, Yamcha and Bulma's relationship wasn't perfect, but it was founded with an idea of mutual respect that Vegeta never manages to grasp.
Considering how Vegeta has treated Bulma throughout most of their relationship, she should have given Yamcha a second chance after being brought back by the dragon balls. The desert bandit may have had some flaws, but he always treated Bulma with the respect she deserves.
8 When Vegeta Became Majin Vegeta To Overcome Goku

When Babidi invaded Earth and threatened to awaken Majin Buu, Vegeta and Bulma already had Trunks. The couple had also recently overcome the dangers of the Cell Games and forged a new bond after spending some time apart.
Even after recommitting himself to Bulma after the Cell Games, Vegeta still sold his allegiances for the chance to overcome Goku. If Bulma hadn't noticed Vegeta's obsession with Goku before he struck a deal with Babidi, she surely had to notice after she watched her husband become Majin Vegeta.
7 After She Realized He Was Only Interested In The Capsule Corps Gravity Chamber Training Tech

The primary reason that Bulma and Vegeta's relationship developed into anything more than an acquaintanceship is that Vegeta needed good training equipment. The Gravity Chamber was an incredible invention that allowed Vegeta to push himself to incredible heights.
Bulma should have recognized that Vegeta was only spending time with her because of his unhealthy fixation with Goku when he first stepped inside the Gravity Chamber.
6 After He Verbally Abused Her On Several Different Occasions

Most of Vegeta's harsh mistreatments of Bulma and Trunks could be chalked up to his stoic and narcissistic character traits. Many fans credit Vegeta for his loyalty but forget that Vegeta has long been a verbally abusive character in the world of Dragon Ball. More recently, he has learned to hold his tongue, but the Saiyan Prince has said quite enough to bring on Bulma's wrath over the years.
5 After Vegeta Left Bulma And Trunks For A Year To Train In Space

Immediately after Trunks is born, Vegeta escaped from his responsibilities as a parent by flying off into space to train for an entire year. Again, Vegeta was prioritizing his obsession with surpassing Goku over his relationship with Bulma.
It is truly a miracle that Bulma continued to support Vegeta after he abandoned her with and Trunks on Earth. Of course, Bulma proved that she is fully capable of running Capsule Corps and raising a Saiyan baby all on her own. Perhaps Vegeta should be credited for trusting his wife?
4 After Vegeta Wore The Same Saiyan Armor Every Day

Despite Yamcha's lackluster career as a Z Fighter, the human martial artist has an incredible fashion sense. The opposite can be said of Vegeta, who rarely ventures outside of his traditional Saiyan Armor. Not only did Bulma accept this strange habit, but she also continued to provide Vegeta with new sets of armor whenever he became old. Bulma should have left Vegeta in the past after seeing him show up to train in the same clothes every day for a year.
3 When Vegeta Stayed Unemployed

Fans can mock Yamcha for playing baseball all they want, but the fact remains that he is one of the only Z Fighters who regularly put in the initiative to find a job. While all the other Z Fighters struggle to balance training with their other responsibilities, Yamcha has always prioritized his priorities.
Vegeta, on the other hand, has never attempted to find employment on Earth. Instead, he has selfishly pursued his personal training career and never shown Bulma the respect she deserves for providing for their family financially.
2 After She Saw How Vegeta Treated Future Trunks

Vegeta approaches parenting with an iron thumb. Even when Trunks far exceeds Vegeta's strength in Dragon Ball Z, the Saiyan Prince insults his son every chance he gets.
Perhaps Bulma explained Vegeta's mistreatment of baby Trunks, but the way he verbally abuses Future Trunks is just wrong. Perhaps one day, Bulma will help Trunks stand up to Vegeta together.
1 After Vegeta Killed Yamcha

Yamcha has become more of a meme than a real bonafide anime character since falling to a Saibamen in Dragon Ball Z. Yamcha is so often overlooked that fans forget that he and Bulma shared a close bond before Vegeta invaded Earth and murdered him.
If Bulma cared for Yamcha, she should have been scared by Vegeta's invasion of Earth. Bulma married the man who killed her ex-boyfriend, which explains a lot about her ongoing relationship with Vegeta.
