Dragon Ball 5 Characters Cabba Can Defeat (& 5 He Cant) Making his debut during the Universe 6 arc of Dragon Ball Super, Cabba quickly became a formidable fighter in the Dragon Ball universe. There are many anime series that have become cultural touchstones that have transcended their original medium and Dragon Ball’s massive success for decades certainly qualifies. The Dragon Ball series has remained relevant with a steady release of content that revisits past triumphs and also continues to expand the series’ universe. Dragon Ball Super’s Tournament of Power brings together the most powerful warriors from across multiple universes. Goku and company previously aligned with Universe 6 and their powerful fighters, which includes Cabba, a Saiyan. Cabba is a fascinating character, and while he’s one of the strongest in Universe 6 there are still others out there that would pose a challenge. 10 Can Defeat: Master Roshi Is One Of Earth’s Greatest Martial Artists Master Roshi is treated l...

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

Though she has little screentime, there are some bits of information that have been revealed about Bulla over the years that simply make no sense.

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

The half-Saiyan children in Dragon Ball Z aren't the most consistent characters in the series, with notable retcons happening left and right between Raditz's appearance on Earth and Goku flying off to train Uub as the next defender of Earth. One character who doesn't get nearly as much screen time as the other half-Saiyans is Bulla, the second child of Bulma and Vegeta.

Until Dragon Ball Super, Bulla had only really appeared in the ending of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT and wasn't in the spotlight anywhere near as much as Trunks and Pan, who accompanied Goku in many of his adventures while she stayed at home and went shopping with her dad. Though her little screentime could explain the confusion around her character, there are some bits of information that have been revealed about Bulla over the years that simply make no sense.

10 Her Apparent Lack Of Power Compared To Other Half-Saiyans In GT

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

Starting with Gohan, the half-Saiyan children were expected to have a greater power potential than even their parents, as stated by Vegeta early in the Saiyan saga that Saiyan hybrids are generally more powerful than a full-blooded Saiyan. This plot point was pretty much abandoned after the Buu Arc, since it was apparent that, while they may have more potential, they don't always like to fight alongside their parents.

On the other hand, most of the hybrid Saiyans do display a decent power level for their age, particularly Goten, Trunks, and Pan, but Bulla seems to not be anywhere close to their level of power.

9 She Looks Much Older Than She Is

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

In her appearance in Dragon Ball GT, which takes place 5 years after Goku has trained with Uub, Bulla should be 9 years old. However, her dress sense and overall character design make her look like she is at least a young teenager, and that's not even accounting for her height compared to Vegeta, though he isn't exactly tall to begin with.

This design was somewhat problematic, as well as the way her character is treated. An example being when two grown men came onto her while she and Vegeta were driving home from the shops, causing Vegeta to run them off the road.

8 Bulla Looks Nothing Like Her Father

Considering how dominant genetics are with Saiyans, particularly in the case of Goku's sons, it would have been expected for Vegeta's children to look a little more like him, but they both look more like Bulma's side rather than Vegeta's. While it could be argued that both of his children inherited some of their father's attitude, he and Bulma have such similar personalities outside of fighting that it could have come from either one of them.

Bulla, in particular, seems to be much more like a miniature version of her mother, though she is also prone to angry outbursts like her father, they are nowhere near as destructive and are usually nothing more than a tantrum in comparison.

7 Bulla Flying Under Baby's Control

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

In Dragon Ball GT, the last of the Tuffle's, Baby, comes to Earth to rebuild the Tuffle race following their annihilation by the Saiyans and King Vegeta, as well as take revenge on any surviving Saiyans left in the universe following their own destruction by Frieza.

Over the course of the arc, Baby takes control of most of the Saiyans, including Bulla, to use as his pawns in battle, though Bulla is shown being able to fly while under his control, despite never showing she could do this before this point, unlike the others.

6 She Is Apparently Vegeta's Favorite

By the time Bulla comes around, Vegeta seems to be much more comfortable accepting his attachment to his family, particularly in Dragon Ball Super, as he was unwilling to participate in the Tournament of Power until his daughter was born.

Following this, as well as in Dragon Ball GT, he is much more parental and familial after Bulla is born, but this hasn't really extended to either Bulma or Trunks and he seems to play favorites with Bulla.

5 She Can Influence Her Father's Decision In A Way That No One Else Can

For the most part, Vegeta doesn't much care what other people think of him, as his immense ego and pride tend to overshadow everything else in his life. Even Bulma isn't usually able to influence Vegeta all that much and he does whatever he wants despite what would be best for his family.

However, in GT, Bulla mentions one time that she doesn't like his mustache, so he immediately shaves it off. Unlike Bulma or even Goku, Vegeta cares most about what his daughter thinks of him.

4 Her Birthdate Changes And Makes Her Canon Age Confusing

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

In Dragon Ball Super, Pan is clearly older than Bulla, as the latter isn't born until just before the Tournament of Power while Pan is born just before the Golden Frieza arc. This seems to also be the case with GT, as Pan was stated to be older than Bulla despite their design's implying that Pan could be younger, but one piece of information conflicts with this knowledge.

In the Dragon Ball GT Perfect Files, two volumes released that covers information not explicitly stated in the series, it says that Bulla is actually older than Pan rather than younger, which would account for her design but not for the established canon.

3 She Was Born Without A Tail

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

One of the Saiyan's most defining features, aside from their love of battle, is their prehensile tail, which Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta all had at one point. Unlike Goten and Trunks, who were born off-screen, Bulla was delivered by Whis on-screen and is shown without a tail.

Goten and Trunk's lack of tail could be explained away by saying they were removed shortly after their birth, but Bulla has no such excuse and seems to confirm the fact that the creative minds behind the series are simply ignoring this aspect of Saiyan physiology now.

2 Her Conception Isn't Addressed

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

To be fair, none of the children's conceptions are addressed, as Dragon Ball is meant to be a somewhat family-friendly series, aside from the violence, but Bulla's raises more than a few questions. She was conceived after Vegeta had obtained the god ki and learned the Super Saiyan Blue transformation, which means that she should be one of the stronger Saiyan children going forward.

But no one seems to have connected these dots even though Goten and Trunks proved just how strong half-Saiyans can be when compared to their parents, as even Gohan wasn't nearly as strong as Goten when he was young.

1 She Doesn't Love To Fight

Dragon Ball 10 Things About Bulla That Make No Sense

While Gohan is an argument against the fact that all Saiyans, no matter how diluted their bloodline, love to fight, Bulla seems to have even less interest in fighting than any other hybrid Saiyan.

Trunks and Goten are more than happy to throw down alongside their fathers and Pan has no issue fighting with both Trunks and Goku in GT, while Gohan seems to see-saw between wanting to fight and wanting a quiet life with Pan and Videl.

Dragon Ball 5 Anime Characters That Could Defeat Jiren (& 5 Who Wouldnt Stand A Chance)

Dragon Ball 5 Anime Characters That Could Defeat Jiren (& 5 Who Wouldnt Stand A Chance) Jiren from Dragon Ball Super is one powerful warrior but in a fight vs anime characters like Jotaro, All Might & Arceus from Pokemon? How does he do? Few Dragon Ball antagonists have been as threatening as Jiren. No doubt, there’s plenty who’ve done some pretty terrifying things, like how Nappa tore through the Z Fighters or how Freiza blew up Namek. But Jiren faced down Goku going Super Saiyan and shrugged it off. He shut down Kale after she went into her Legendary Super Saiyan mode. Beating him took the combined efforts of Goku, Frieza, and Android 17. But just because he’s that powerful, doesn’t mean he isn’t capable of getting laid out. This list takes a look at five anime characters who could take Jiren down without a second thought, and five who would get beaten without Jiren even putting in effort. 10 DOESN'T STAND A CHANCE: ICHIGO Ichigo is the truth. Dragon Ball 5 Fan Theories That Make No Sense (& 5 That Do)

Dragon Ball 5 Fan Theories That Make No Sense (& 5 That Do) Dragon Ball spawns a lot of fan theories from fans. While some fan theories involving Broly make sense, others with Frieza and Goku don't make sense. The Dragon Ball franchise is undoubtedly one of the most popular anime series around without a shadow of a doubt. Dragon Ball Z is a major reason why Japanese media managed to break into the Western mainstream, while Dragon Ball Super is a prime example of just how popular the series has proven to be, releasing almost two decades after its legendary predecessor finished its run. Truly, there is no anime that has reached the heights of Dragon Ball in popularity. The series is also notable for its rabid fanbase, latching onto any small hint — intentional or otherwise — and forming ostentatious and wild fan theories that are equal parts incredible and unbelievable. Out of the sheer wealth of fan theories available on the interwebs, there are 5 that are so ridiculous to the l...
